“Dogs of all ages and breeds will be in the first Doggie Shenanigans Paw-geant at Bliss Overlook in Owl’s Head Park. The dog pageant will be combined by a pet adoption event with dogs and cats to be adopted from Second Chance Rescue and Itty Bitty Kitty. Monetary donations and items such as blankets, towels, pet food, bowls, cat and dog toys, etc. will be accepted by the shelters. Bring a chair to watch the show.” Planned for Saturday, July 16; rain date, July 17.
